The straight answer
This thumb-sized charger turns a compatible cigarette-lighter-style 12V socket into two USB-A charging ports. The listing advertises Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support; actual charging speed depends on the device, cable, socket, and motorcycle electrical system.

Tanguy bought this charger and is currently using it on his motorcycle. The compact adapter fits into the existing 12V accessory socket and provides two USB-A connections. The video shows the charger being installed, removed, and used with charging cables. Longer-term durability, wet-weather performance, heat, and charging speed have not yet been evaluated.
Safety & use notes
Not personally tested. Confirm the motorcycle socket voltage, fuse rating, clearance, and weather protection. Keep the cap closed when the charger is removed, do not use a wet connector, and route charging cables clear of steering, controls, heat, and sharp edges.
